As part of the BPR process when the Unisoft\u2122 Team analyzes the \u201cAs-Is\u201d business processes and determines the areas of business processes to be modified, reason(s) for each change is\/are documented, and they are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders of desired organization\u2019s different business functions using the change management communication plan.
